10-Year Limited Warranty

Effective date: October 9, 2026

The Sleep Anatomy Axis Pillow is backed by a 10-year limited warranty covering qualifying defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

This warranty is provided by SAAI Retail OÜ. It gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Products covered

This warranty covers a new Sleep Anatomy Axis Pillow purchased directly from sleepanatomy.co for personal household use.

The warranty extends to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable to a subsequent owner.

Warranty duration

The limited warranty lasts for 10 years from the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser.

Retain your order confirmation or other reasonable proof of purchase to assist with verification of your claim.

No separate warranty registration is required for a product purchased directly from sleepanatomy.co.

What the warranty covers

We warrant the Axis Pillow against defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal and intended household use within the 10-year warranty period.

Covered defects include:

Manufacturing defects that materially affect the pillow's construction.
Material defects that cause premature structural failure during normal household use.
Manufacturing or workmanship defects that prevent the product from performing its ordinary intended function.

Whether a particular condition is a covered defect depends on the nature of the issue, the condition of the product and the circumstances in which it developed.

What is not covered

This limited warranty does not cover:

Ordinary wear and tear or gradual changes in feel, firmness or softness during normal use.
Personal comfort preferences or dissatisfaction with the pillow's feel without a covered defect.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or improper handling.
Accidental damage, including cuts, burns, stains, tears or liquid damage unrelated to a manufacturing defect.
Damage caused by improper cleaning, washing, storage or failure to follow the product's care instructions.
Unauthorized modification or alteration.
Damage arising from use materially different from the product's intended household use.

The warranty does not guarantee a particular medical, therapeutic or sleep outcome.

These exclusions do not affect mandatory rights or remedies that apply independently of this written warranty.

How to make a warranty claim

If you believe your product has a covered defect, contact our customer-service team:

Provide:

Your order number or other reasonable proof of purchase.
A description of the defect.
Photographs or video where reasonably useful to demonstrate the issue.
Contact information so we can communicate with you about the claim.

We will review the information and provide instructions for any further assessment needed.

Where inspection or return of the product is reasonably required for a covered claim, we arrange the necessary shipment at our expense.

Available warranty remedies

If we confirm a defect covered by this limited warranty, we will, at our option:

Repair the product where repair is reasonably available;
Replace the product with the same or a reasonably equivalent product; or
Refund the original purchase price where repair or replacement is not appropriate.

The remedies for a valid covered warranty claim are provided without charging the customer for the covered repair, replacement or necessary associated shipping.

A repaired or replacement product remains covered for the remainder of the original warranty period. The original 10-year period does not restart following repair or replacement.

100-night trial

The 10-year limited warranty is separate from our voluntary 100-night trial.

The trial allows eligible customers to return their pillow within 100 nights after delivery if the product is not suitable for them, subject to the commercial return conditions and customer-paid change-of-mind return shipping.

The warranty concerns qualifying product defects and continues after the 100-night trial expires.

State-law rights and implied warranties

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Implied warranties and other statutory consumer remedies remain available to the extent required by applicable law.

This warranty does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
