Can I change or cancel an order after checkout?
Contact info@sleepanatomy.co as soon as possible. An operational change or cancellation is generally possible only before fulfilment or dispatch begins.
How much time is allowed for order processing?
Orders are normally prepared for dispatch in approximately 2–3 business days. Weekends and applicable public holidays are not counted as business days.
Do U.S. orders pay for standard shipping?
No minimum is required for free standard shipping. Sleep Anatomy delivers to addresses in the United States.
Where can my order be fulfilled from?
Local or regional stock can be used when available. If it is not available, the order can be fulfilled directly from China.
What is the estimated transit time for a China-origin parcel?
China-origin transit after dispatch is normally approximately 9–21 business days. The separate 2–3 business-day processing period comes before transit.
Why does my tracking link show little or no movement?
Tracking is provided for orders, but the first carrier scan can take approximately 48 hours to appear after dispatch. If the status remains unusual for longer, contact customer service with your order number.
I entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?
Email us immediately. Address corrections can generally be made only before fulfilment or dispatch starts, so include your order number and the corrected address in your message.
What if my parcel appears delayed or missing?
Send your order number to info@sleepanatomy.co. We will review the tracking information and, where appropriate, work with the carrier or fulfilment provider to investigate.
Will a cross-border shipment arrive with customs charges due?
Relevant cross-border orders are arranged on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, so ordinary import duties and customs charges connected with delivery are handled through the merchant and fulfilment arrangement. Applicable sales or transaction tax can still be charged where required.

When does the 100-night period begin?
The voluntary 100-night return period starts on the date your order is delivered.
How do I request a return?
Email info@sleepanatomy.co with your order number and the product you want to return. Wait for the return instructions before sending the parcel.
Where are approved returns sent?
Approved returns are sent to SAAI Retail OÜ, Viru väljak 2, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia. Contact customer service first so the return can be matched correctly.
Who covers postage for a change-of-mind return?
The customer pays the return-shipping cost for an ordinary voluntary change-of-mind return. Because the return address is in Estonia, review the return instructions and shipping cost before sending the parcel.
Can I swap my item directly for another version?
Sleep Anatomy does not process direct exchanges. If your item qualifies for return, complete that return and place a separate order for the product or size you want.
How soon is an approved refund issued?
Our standard commercial processing period is within 14 calendar days after the eligible returned product has been received and the return has been confirmed. Your bank or card issuer can take additional time to post the credit.
What should I send if the order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?
Send your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos or video where useful. Reasonable evidence helps us assess the problem and does not remove rights that apply to damaged, defective or incorrect goods.

Which Axis™ Pillow size should I choose?
The current size guide recommends Regular for sleepers 5 ft 7 in and under, and High for sleepers over 5 ft 7 in tall.
What are the pillow measurements?
Regular: 23.6 × 13.8 in, with 3.0 / 4.5 in neck heights. High: 24.4 × 14.6 in, with 3.3 / 4.8 in neck heights.
Can I turn the pillow to use a different height?
Yes. Both Axis™ Pillow sizes have two neck heights. Rotate the pillow and choose the edge that feels more comfortable for your build and sleeping position.
Which sleeping positions can use the Axis™ Pillow?
The product is designed for side, back and stomach sleepers. Stomach sleepers can try the lower edge for a lower resting position.
How should I clean the pillow and cover?
Remove the cover and follow its care label. Keep the memory-foam core out of the washing machine; spot-clean the foam gently when needed and let it dry thoroughly.
How do I match the Axis™ Cooling Pillowcase to my pillow?
Choose the pillowcase size that matches your Axis™ Pillow: Regular or High. The Cooling Pillowcase is sold as a cover only; the memory-foam pillow core is not included.
Is the Axis™ Pillow a medical treatment?
Sleep Anatomy uses this FAQ for product comfort, fit and care information, not medical diagnosis or treatment advice. The product is not presented here as a treatment for migraines or other medical conditions. Persistent pain, numbness, weakness, breathing concerns or other medical symptoms should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.
