Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through sleepanatomy.co and your use of the Sleep Anatomy store. The seller is SAAI Retail OÜ, registered at Viru väljak 2, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia, registration number 17426134 in the Estonian Commercial Register (Äriregister).
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under consumer law applicable to you.
Products and website information
We aim to describe products accurately and display current information about their principal characteristics. Minor variations in appearance, packaging or color can occur because of manufacturing or display differences.
Product availability can change. Displaying a product on the website does not guarantee that it remains available when an order is processed.
Health and product information
Sleep Anatomy products are consumer products and website content is provided for general product and educational information. Website content is not a medical diagnosis and is not a substitute for individualized advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.
If you have persistent or severe pain, numbness, weakness, breathing difficulties, an injury or another medical concern, seek appropriate professional medical advice rather than relying on product information or a website questionnaire.
Prices, currency and taxes
The U.S. storefront displays prices in U.S. dollars unless clearly stated otherwise.
Applicable sales or use taxes are calculated or displayed at checkout where collection is legally required.
We may change product prices prospectively. A price change does not alter an order that we have already accepted unless required to correct an obvious error and the law permits that correction.
Payment
Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Debit and Visa Electron, subject to the options shown at checkout.
Payment authorization can be required before an order is accepted or fulfilled. If a payment is declined, reversed or cannot be authorized, we are not required to dispatch the order.
Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we received the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where reasonably necessary, including because a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, the order appears fraudulent, the shipping address cannot be serviced or an obvious pricing or product-information error occurred. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the amount paid for the cancelled item will be refunded.
Shipping and delivery
We currently deliver to addresses in the United States. Standard U.S. shipping is free and there is no minimum order threshold.

Relevant cross-border shipments are arranged on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Ordinary import duties and customs charges associated with delivery are handled through our fulfilment arrangement. Applicable U.S. sales or transaction taxes can still be charged where required.
Order changes and cancellation
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact info@sleepanatomy.co as soon as possible. Operational cancellation or amendment is generally possible only before fulfilment or dispatch begins.
If we cannot ship within the promised shipment period, we will provide the delay, cancellation and refund options required by applicable law.
Returns and refunds
We offer a voluntary return period of 30 calendar days from the date you receive the product, subject to the conditions stated in our Returns & Refunds.
Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer. This does not limit remedies available for defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming goods under applicable law.
We do not process direct exchanges. Where a return is eligible, you can return the product and place a separate new order.
Defective, damaged or incorrect products
If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact info@sleepanatomy.co with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photographs or video where reasonably useful to assess the problem, but such a request will not be used to unlawfully prevent you from exercising a statutory remedy.
Your rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods are not reduced by our voluntary return policy.
Written product warranties
Where a product is sold with an advertised written limited warranty, that commercial warranty is additional to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
The specific written warranty terms applicable to the product must be made available for review before purchase and govern the scope, duration, claim procedure and remedies provided under that commercial warranty.
Intellectual property
The website and its original text, branding, graphics, product imagery, design elements and other protected material are owned by or licensed to SAAI Retail OÜ and may be protected by intellectual-property law.
You may use the website for personal, lawful shopping and information purposes. You may not reproduce, exploit or use protected website content commercially without authorization unless applicable law permits it.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with website operation, engage in fraud, impersonate another person, misuse payment information or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability where a mandatory consumer-protection or product-liability rule provides otherwise.
Subject to those mandatory rights, we are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or for indirect or consequential business losses arising from a consumer purchase where such limitation is lawful.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that apply under the law of the U.S. state or other jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded by a contractual choice of law.
Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to surrender a mandatory right to bring a claim before a court or authority that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively to reflect changes in our services, business operations or legal requirements. The version in effect when an order is accepted will govern that transaction except where a change is required by law.
