Refund policy
We want the return process to be clear. This policy explains our voluntary 30-day return period and how we handle refunds, damaged products and incorrect items.
30-day return period
You can request a voluntary return within 30 calendar days after receiving your product.
To begin a return, email info@sleepanatomy.co with your order number and the item you wish to return.
Please do not send a return without first contacting us so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Return condition
For a voluntary change-of-mind return, the product should generally be:
- unused beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it;
- unworn where applicable;
- undamaged;
- complete;
- returned with relevant components and accessories; and
- preferably returned in its original packaging where appropriate.
The product should be in a condition reasonably suitable for resale. These voluntary-return conditions do not reduce mandatory rights that apply to defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming goods.
Change-of-mind return shipping
Return shipping for an ordinary change-of-mind return is paid by the customer.
We recommend using an appropriately tracked return service and retaining proof of shipment until your return has been completed.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact info@sleepanatomy.co with:
- your order number;
- a description of the problem; and
- photographs or video where reasonably useful.
We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Asking for photographs or other reasonable evidence does not remove your statutory rights.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different product and your original item is eligible for return, return the original item and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and reviewed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Our standard commercial refund-processing period is within 14 calendar days after the returned product has been received and the return has been confirmed, subject to any shorter period required by mandatory law.
Your bank, card issuer or payment provider can require additional time to post the refund to your account after we have issued it.
Original outbound standard shipping is free. Change-of-mind return shipping paid by the customer is not reimbursed unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Order cancellation
If you want to cancel an order before dispatch, contact info@sleepanatomy.co as soon as possible.
Operational cancellation or order changes are generally possible only before fulfilment or dispatch begins. This does not affect any mandatory cancellation or refund right that applies by law.
Statutory rights
This voluntary return policy is in addition to rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods.
